Reservations
How far in advance should I make my reservation for my baby gear rentals?
We recommend booking your reservation as soon as your travel plans are confirmed to ensure we have the items you'd like available for you. Items can sell out weeks in advance during spring peak travel periods and holidays.  We do our best to keep sold out dates updated on our website whenever possible. 

What if I need my order delivered within 24 hours?
Please call us at 602-549-9918. We understand emergencies arise and do all we can to accommodate last minute requests. Same day delivery may be subject to an additional charge in addition to standard delivery fees.

When will I be charged for my rental items?
Your credit card will be processed the day prior to your delivery unless you have made other arrangements for payment.  You may also pay by cash, check, or PayPal. Please note this on your reservation request if you would like to do so.  A credit card is still required to be on file in the event of any damages.  No hold is placed on your card at any time.


Can I add to my order later?
Yes, you may add items to your order any time, up until the day prior to your delivery assuming the item is available.  Call or email us to make changes to your order at 602-549-9918 or sarah@sweetpeababyrentals.com 

Can I rent for longer than 2 weeks?
Yes, discounted monthly and long term rates are available by request.

Where are you located?
We are located in Litchfield Park at approximately Dysart and Camelback Roads as shown by the  yellow marker on the map. We are approximately 25 miles west of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. 

What times and days do you deliver items?
Deliveries and pick ups are usually made between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm Monday-Saturday. We schedule our deliveries and pick ups within 3 hour blocks which you select (9am-Noon, Noon-3pm, or 3pm-6pm). Please ask us if you need your items delivered or picked up at other hours.  An additional delivery and/or pick up fee of $15 applies for each trip before or after these hours.  Free pick up and drop off at our Litchfield Park location is available by appointment.


Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
Blue shaded area - FREE with orders of $100 or more. 
A delivery/pick up fee of $25 will be added to orders under $100, up to $100 total.


Pink shaded area - FREE orders of $125 or more.
A delivery/pick up fee of $35 will be added to orders under $125, up to $125 total.
This includes Anthem, New River, North Scottsdale (Desert Mountain, Terravita, The Boulders, DC Ranch, Greyhawk, Troon, Troon North), Cave Creek, Carefree, Ahwatukee, Ahwatukee Foothills, and Wickenburg.

Gray shaded area - Minimum $200 order for delivery.  
There is no delivery available for orders under this amount.
This includes Fountain Hills, Rio Verde, Chandler, Gilbert, some areas of Mesa (including Leisure World and Red Mountain Ranch).

We are not able to offer delivery service to: Sun Lakes, east Mesa, Phoenix-Williams Airport, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, Johnson Ranch, Florence, Maricopa, Casa Grande or Tucson.  We are able to meet you at an alternate location however.  Please contact us to arrange a meeting place at 602-549-9918.

If you are driving to another destination such as Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff, Tucson, or other cities from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we can meet you at the Sky Harbor Rental Car Center with your rental items.  We can also meet you at baggage claim with your rental items for a $5 parking fee or meet your family / shuttle services at the cell phone waiting lots at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Airport Deliveries
Delivery and pick-up of your baby equipment rentals to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is available at either the rental car center or the cell phone waiting lots for free with orders of $100 or more.  Delivery and pick up to baggage claim can be made for free with orders of $100 or more, plus a $5 parking fee.    *A note about airport/rental car pick ups: We provide service to the airport/rental car center as a convenience to our customers wishing to rent car seats and other items.  We know your time with your family is valuable, so when you arrive, we check your flight information, adjust our schedule, and meet you accordingly so as to not delay the start of your vacation.  When you depart, we also must meet you at an exact time which you specify.  We allow for a 10 minute grace period after the specified return time.  Any delays beyond that point will be charged a $1 per minute waiting fee unless we are contacted 1 hour in advance and notified of the delay or a change in return time.

Hotel Deliveries
Delivery of your rental items to hotels/resorts are available at no additional charge.

Deliveries to Two Locations
Delivery and pick-up to two locations is available for a $25 one time fee (ie the a car seat at the airport and other items to a rental house or hotel).

Can I pick my items up?
Yes, you can pick up your items by appointment from our location in Litchfield Park.



Set Up
Do you assemble or set up the crib or other items?
Yes, crib assembly is included as well as set up of most other items as necessary.  We are unable to install your car seat for liability reasons.  Please check your area for the nearest car seat installation location.



Discounts
Do you offer group discounts?
Contact us for group pricing at 602-549-9918.  All items must be delivered and picked up to the same location and at the same time.  Charges can be split.  One additional delivery/pick up to the airport may be added for car seats at no charge if the total order is $250 or more.  Any subsequent trips will be $15.

Do you offer any other discounts?
We offer discounts of $25 off $325+ or $50 off $450+ on rental items only. Not valid on purchases.



CARES/FlyeBaby Shipments
I need my CARES/FlyeBaby/Ride Safer rental shipped to me. How does it work?
Please contact us at 602-549-9918 or sarah@sweetpeababyrentals.com regarding shipping your rental anywhere in the US.  Shipment is available for the following rates via USPS Priority Mail.  Expedited shipping is available for additional cost.  We are not able to ship any other items besides the CARES harness, FlyeBaby, and Ride Safer rentals.

1 CARES - $5 Nationwide
2+ CARES - $10
Nationwide
1+ FlyeBaby - $5 Nationwide

Your rental cost will be calculated using the actual dates that you will be traveling plus applicable shipping fees.   For example, if you are traveling Saturday to Saturday, you rental charge will be at the 1 week rate + shipping.  The items will be shipped no later than 5 days prior to the start of your trip, earlier if possible.  Your return shipment must be postmarked the next business day (including Saturdays) after your rental ends. Any additional days will be charged at the daily rental rate.  Rentals that are not returned in a timely manner will incur an additional charge of the full retail value of the item and will be refunded upon their return receipt.


Cancellations
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery day are subject to a charge of 50% of the full order, excluding any additional delivery charges.  No refunds will be made after delivery has been attempted nor for any unused rental days in the case of a delayed arrival or early return.


Safety

Are you insured for baby equipment rentals?
Yes, we carry liability insurance. It is difficult to obtain and we are proud to say that we are insured.

How often are products replaced?
Items are monitored for wear and tear after every use and are replaced as necessary when they are no longer in like-new condition. All items are kept within current safety standards and no car seats are used beyond their expiration dates (most are replaced much sooner). 

Why do you specify the brands of the products you use?

We select only top-rated products to use as rental items. We hope you and your little one feel right at home using the same high quality products that you would select for your own use. It's always comforting to know exactly what items you will be getting when you arrive. Very occasionally we need to substitute a like kind item but you will be notified if this is necessary.

Are your products safety checked and sanitized?
Yes, we thoroughly safety check each item after it is returned and carefully clean, launder, and sanitize every rental item. The recall status of all children's products is checked frequently and items are registered with the manufacturer if possible. All items that can be laundered are done so using only hypoallergenic detergent.
